Signups will be posted as the dates of the field trip are announced. If you would like to drive on one of the field trips, please make sure your information is on file in the classroom. In order to drive, you need to provide Mrs. Glasgo with the following information:
- Complete Driver Form- CLICK HERE to print out a blank copy.
- Copy of current Driver's License
- Copy of Insurance Declarations Page (which shows that your insurance provides $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident on bodily injury and $25,000 property damage per accident.)
